YIQIA is a manufacturer of printing consumables for the garment industry from Nanjing, China. In order to provide visibility and gain more business opportunities, an official website is prepared to display product and service information.
The company operates printing ink consumables, special paper and printing equipment, has experienced manufacturing workers and production workshops, and has more than 100 cooperative customers in Africa and Southeast Asia. The goods support international distribution.

Find what his company need easier and clear with detail information

Website doesn’t show materials detail and fee rate for oversear shippment

Story

Taylor is a product manager from an ITP company that need to buy a lot of DTF ink and film. However, due to the oversea sale policy, the website is not presenting details for over sea shippment and price with English. She called in and hope to see detail information of YIQIA’s ink and film on website with clear navigation.

Goals

Alma use YIQIA Products for her publisher and wants to sign contract for office around world

Frustrations

Alma need to have the same material for all office and she would like to know how often she needs to order these materials

Story

She loves to write and publish book with her publisher anywhere.She is passionate about life. She likes to be a book publisher ,share things by using technical tools and talk her experience with her reader to somewhere is meaningful for her.

This version of low-fidelity design only contain enough information. However many different categories information and pictures on the same page provide unclear navigation to clients. Across to our A/B testing, the bounce rate is higher than we think. Therefore, we decide to make a new version of sublimation and DTF page for our prototype.

Reflection

This is my first time joining a team to design a website for a compoany. It inspried me and the team a lot about how to build a commercial website for over sea sales. During this process, I found out that usability testing and our lo-fi design help us relocate our design direction very well.

However, the design here has persuasively solved many problems we used to face at first place. Indeed, it reached project’s goal and levae enough space for front web developer to explore.
